Over the years, Deckers has been embroiled in legal battles with many&nbsp;small Australian manufacturersover the rights to use the name “ugg” to advertise the boots.&nbsp;While brands in Australia and New Zealand use the word “ugg” as a generic term to refer to sheepskin boots, the trademark for UGG is owned by Deckers in over 25 countries across the globe. As a result, Australian manufacturers have been prohibited from using “ugg” to market their boots overseas.In 2016, a small Sydney-based business, Australian Leather, was sued by Deckers for selling 12 pairs of ugg boots online to American customers. The dispute stretches back to the 1970s, when&nbsp;Australian surfer Brian Smith&nbsp;took the style to California, where he eventually founded Ugg Holdings Inc, trademarking “UGG” in 25 countries. In 1981, the word ug (with one “g”) was listed in the Macquarie Dictionary as a generic term for sheepskin boots.On the other hand,&nbsp;Deckers argues that&nbsp;Americans recognize "ugg"&nbsp;as a brand name rather than a generic term. The company has registered the UGG trademark in over 100 markets, with the only regions not allowing its ownership being Australia and New Zealand.UGG-ly Makes a Comeback While ugg boots were a staple of the early 2000s, the iconic sheepskin footwear has made a comeback in recent years. The 2020’s brought back both the Y2K aesthetic as well as the ugly fashion movement, and with it, uggs.&nbsp;In September 2022, both Gigi and Bella Hadid were photographed wearing in UGG's classic ultra mini platform boots. In November of the same year, Hailey Bieber was spotted in Ugg’s&nbsp;Neumel platform boots. 心靈療癒是一種尋找內心平靜和心靈安寧的過程，通過情感釋放、自我探索和心靈成長，幫助我們處理生活中的挑戰和創傷。香港註冊藝術治療師（表達藝術）沈劼楠（Kit Shum）深信藝術的力量，將其視為促進心靈療癒的重要工具，透過藝術的媒介引導人們進行情感釋放，啟動自我探索的旅程，並促進心靈的成長。<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/DJI_20240306113750_0225_D_0d3324f2d5.JPG" alt="DJI_20240306113750_0225_D.JPG"><figcaption>香港註冊藝術治療師（表達藝術）沈劼楠（Kit Shum）</figcaption></figure>Kit 經常與客人建立深層的連結，細心傾聽他們的故事，並通過藝術創作幫助他們表達內在的情感和需求。她說：「表達藝術治療融合多媒體元素，包括視覺藝術、舞蹈、戲劇和音樂，透過非語言方式將潛意識的想法呈現出來。當情緒激動時，內心會產生生動的畫面，如火山爆發，具體且多感官的形象。透過視覺藝術和戲劇，可以生動展現火山爆發的情景，幫助情緒表達和覺知。同時，情緒也可以轉化，就像火山爆發後的雨水帶來平靜，改善心境。透過這些藝術過程，有助於情緒管理和心態調整，讓人更好地理解和處理情感。」當人面臨壓力時，經常進入戰鬥或逃跑模式，這時我們的腎上腺素會急速上升。Kit 指出有些人在這種情況下變得易怒，而逃跑則往往源於驚恐情緒。還有一種狀態就是完全凍結（Freeze mode），這三種狀態並非理想的生存狀態，僅適應短暫危機。雖然腎上腺素刺激時會令行動迅速、思維敏捷，長期保持此狀態會增加壓力荷爾蒙，降低免疫力。藝術能舒緩壓力，促使大腦釋放快樂荷爾蒙，提升免疫力。 而藝術治療有助活化前額葉，促進社交、增強解難能力，拓展聯想，幫助處理個人問題。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/2024_10_03_3_57_44_3337e55e50.png" alt="螢幕截圖 2024-10-03 下午3.57.44.png"><h2>善用表達藝術治療</h2>在視覺藝術領域中，我們透過各種不同的媒介來表現他們的創造力和獨特風格。每一種藝術媒介都承載著獨特的特質和表達方式，能夠引發觀者各種感官和情感上的共鳴。這種多元性使得藝術作品變得更加豐富多彩。有些人喜歡使用具有強烈觸感的媒介，例如陶泥，這種材料讓他們能夠直接感受到形態的變化和材質的紋理。這種直接的觸感體驗能夠激發他們的創作靈感，使他們更加投入到創作過程中。另一方面，有些人則更傾向於使用乾燥的材料，如木顏料或粉彩，這些材料能夠呈現出獨特的質感和色彩效果，使作品更加生動和豐富。此外，還有一些人會選擇使用濕潤的彩料，例如廣告彩或水彩。這些彩料在畫布上流動的方式和色彩的混合效果能夠營造出柔和和流暢的視覺效果，帶給人一種溫暖和舒適的感受。這些不同的媒介選擇反映了個人的性格特質和藝術取向，展現了他們對藝術創作的熱情和創造力。藝術媒介的選擇不僅僅是在技術層面上的考量，更是一種表達個人性格和情感的方式。例如，一個喜歡秩序和細節的人可能會偏好使用濕潤的媒體，因為這種媒介讓他們能夠在作品中展現出細膩和精準的一面。相反，一個討厭混亂和不規則性的人可能更傾向於使用乾燥的媒體，這樣可以讓他們保持清晰和有序的思維方式。所以，透過不同的藝術媒介，有助於幫助人們從固定的性格和取向轉變為更加靈活和開放的狀態。藉由藝術創作過程，人們不僅可以表達內心的情感和想法，還能夠激發創造力和想像力，讓他們從不同的視角去看待世界和自己。對於那些性格活潑、喜歡活動且喜歡交流的人來說，諸如舞蹈或戲劇等藝術形式可能更為合適。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/2024_10_03_3_59_55_3af4935938.png" alt="螢幕截圖 2024-10-03 下午3.59.55.png">舞蹈可以讓人們透過身體的動作和節奏表達情感和感受，而戲劇則讓人們能夠扮演不同的角色和情境，體驗不同的生活和情感。通過不斷地探索和交替使用不同的藝術媒介，有助於改變人們固有的性格觀念和執著。藉由藝術創作，人們可以挑戰自己的想法和信念，擴展自己的視野和思維方式，從而實現個人成長和進步。因此，藝術不僅僅是一種表達形式，更是一種能夠啟發和改變的力量，深刻地影響著人們的心理狀態和觀點。&nbsp;

人小組形式合唱，並鮮有撇低男團勁歌熱舞的既定形象，以甜蜜初戀作新歌主題大玩小清新。《Strawberry Love 》 歌詞甜蜜，直接的告白、示愛字句，原來是出自 Serrini 的手 筆，輕快旋律讓人感受到 4 位大男孩可愛、陽光的一面。「新 歌想唱出如 strawberry 一般的甜蜜感覺，是一首關於追女仔的 sweet song。」<figure class="image"><img 作很滿意，不論是前期製作、後期剪接、調色都極富心思， 大家也會看到我們少有穿上夏季裝束，自己也首次在 MV 內 『駕車』，加上泰國陽光與海灘的美景，整個氛圍都非常青春 活潑。」MV 更請來了泰國女演員擔任女主角，「MV內的故事情節，是講述我們 4 個同一時間追求這位女生，不過重點 卻落於我們大細路的玩樂情節。」姜濤更笑說可能是因為女主角在內大派好人卡，所以他們4個最後都成功。他還強調 切關乎是否適合的時間遇上適合的對象。「對我來說，愛情現階段未是 priority，可能是自己在拍拖上未有太多經驗。每 當唱有關愛情主題的歌曲，都是靠想像而來。」Jeremy 對泰 國電影《初戀這件小事》印象難忘，初中時看過後見識到戀愛 的威力，原來就在於可以徹底改變一個人。<figure class="image"><img 簡單單在一起已經足夠。」姜濤則打趣說如果愛情是人生必需品，他過去二十幾年的人生豈非是白過？「我覺得暗戀一點也不甜蜜，因為以前暗戀的對象都不會跟我在一起，大家都說不需要表白這個過程，而是兩個人對大家有意思，就會很自然走在一起。」<figure class="image"><img MIRROR</h2>絕對是本地娛圈最熱最紅的單位，12 子的個 人發展也相當不俗，出道以來歌影視都不乏他們的身影。 Jeremy 坦言自己最享受舞台，在舞台上可完全投入自己的表演、也可盡情感受觀眾的歡呼聲，整件事很有力量，那種 抗奮感覺絕非筆墨可形容。而提到即將跟 COLLAR 合作開騷，他表示，「非常期待，因為大家都是《造星》出身，以前 比賽時就很習慣不停換組表演，今次跟 Jer 一直以來的鼓勵，自己亦十分欣賞這位大前輩，「第一次正式跟 Kelly 合作 是馬場的表演，當時已覺得她很懂得享受工作，認真之餘也 能放鬆心情，也多謝她一直以來都有留意自己，錄音期間給予我很多寶貴意見，新歌的合作相當順利和愉快！」他自言最近開始明白如何享受工作，也會堅持每天的 me time 來維持 work-life balance。Edan 算是團內百足最多爪的成員，他 最近參與拍攝由「紙盒藏屍案」改篇而成的電影，在內長髮的造型早前亦已曝光，「這已是第 5 度參演電影，但這一次的 拍攝過程讓我體驗很深，除了有很多動作、打鬥場面，戲內情節橫跨幾個年代，自己要由 20 歲演到 40 歲，當中的內心戲都是一大挑戰！」<figure class="image"><img
